Convert Lead to a Customer

1. Open the Lead:

   • Click on the lead and wait for the modal to open.
   • Click the "Convert to Customer" button at the top.

     

2. Convert to Customer:

• • The convert-to-customer modal will appear, auto-populating fields like first name and last name.
    
  • If custom fields are found for the lead, they will be shown in the modal. You can merge these fields into the customer profile as either custom fields or database fields. If merging as a custom field and the field does not exist, it will be auto-created.

What Happens After Conversion?

• The lead will be automatically moved to the default system status "Customer" if not already there.
• In the leads table, leads with the status "Customer" will be excluded by default as they are now customers. To list them, you will need to apply filters.
