Creating a New Knowledge Base Article

Create and manage knowledge base articles to share information efficiently, categorize by topic, and control access for staff and customers.

Navigate to Articles:
- From the main menu, go to "Knowledge Base" and click "New Article."
- From the main menu, go to "Knowledge Base" and click "New Article."

Article Details:
- Enter a Subject for the article.
- Assign the article to a specific group such as Hosting or Domains.
- Check Internal Article for staff-only access, ensuring staff have VIEW permissions.
- Use Disabled to temporarily hide the article.
- Add an Article Description using the rich TinyMCE editor.

Save:
- After creation, each article will have a unique slug for direct access.
This setup allows organized and accessible knowledge base management in Thulo Cloud.
