How to cancel my web hosting and other services?

For various reasons you might want to cancel the services purchased through our portal.  Follow the instructions below to submit cancellation request.

For web hosting & other services follow the instruction below:

1. Login to your Client Area: https://business.thulo.com/
2. Go to "Services" >> "My Services" https://business.thulo.com/clientarea.php?action=services 
3. Click on the service you would like to cancel. 
4. On right-menu, click "Request Cancellation"
5. 
6. Write the reason for cancellation and submit request.

That is all.

For Domain Names:

Cancellation request does not need to be submitted for the domain names. Once domain is expired and decided that you do not want to renew it, you can ignore the invoice and our team will cancel the overdue invoice. No further action required. 

NOTE: If your services qualify for refund our billing team will look into the cancellation request and process your refund. Depending upon the payment method you have used to make payment, it might take 5-15 days for refund to be completed. Refunds are only applicable for new customer on purchase new web hosting account for first time and are not applicable on renewals.
