This guide will help users effectively add new leads to their Thulo Cloud CRM.

Body

To begin, ensure all essential lead information is accurately entered in the designated fields. Tailor the status and source fields to align with your specific needs. Utilize the actions menu for efficient lead management. Save the completed lead entry to integrate it into your system for ongoing follow-up and engagement. The lead details form is structured with multiple sections and fields designed to capture comprehensive lead information.

Here's a breakdown of each part and instructions on how to complete them:

  1. Profile
    โ€ข Purpose: View and edit basic lead information.
    โ€ข Details: This tab displays all primary details about the lead, including contact information, status, source, assigned team member, and custom fields.

  2. Proposals
    โ€ข Purpose: Manage proposals related to the lead.
    โ€ข Details: This section allows you to create, view, and track proposals sent to the lead. It's useful for keeping a record of offers or deals presented to the potential customer.

    โ€ข Purpose: Track and assign tasks associated with the lead.
